Service Description

This training emphasizes personal and professional growth through a shift in consciousness. Specific attention is given to your role as a facilitator or discussion leader. You will explore your motives, talents, and pitfalls to develop greater self-awareness. A central aspect of this training is recognizing personal patterns that influence how you guide groups, especially in situations of conflict and tension. You will learn to maintain mental presence in challenging situations, use neutrality and other meta-skills, and delve into the underlying psychological theories of Freud, Berne, Erskine, Jung, Mindell, and others.
